Sandro Bani presents: Music and Culture

A journey through Italy’s cultural heritage—told through music.
Music and Culture is a new artistic format created by DJ and producer Sandro Bani, aiming to celebrate the beauty and history of Italy through the universal language of music.

At its core, the project is about connecting sound and space: each DJ set is filmed with a multi-camera setup and drone footage (FPV when possible) in a culturally or historically significant Italian location. The result is an immersive audiovisual experience that blends music, territory, and visual storytelling.

Episode 1: A Tribute to Monza
The pilot episode was recorded in Monza Park, the largest walled park in Europe. This was a personal and emotional choice for Sandro, who wanted to begin the journey from a symbolic place. Nature and history blend in a set that reflects the identity of the territory.

📽️ The full DJ set (approx. 1 hour and 20 minutes) was filmed in 4K by the creative team at Phantom Studio and will be officially released on August 11th on Sandro Bani’s YouTube channel. The full DJ set was recorded at Cascina Costa Alta, a former royal stable designed by architect Giacomo Tazzini around 1824, is now a vibrant social and cultural hub located within Monza Park, with event spaces, a restaurant-bistro, and an adjoining hostel offering 43 beds in shared and private rooms.

What’s Next?
Future episodes are already in development. Possible locations include the Volta Lighthouse in Como, with its breathtaking view over Lake Como, or a historic castle near Pavia or Crema.

Each episode will be uploaded to a dedicated playlist on Sandro Bani’s YouTube channel, featuring a short historical and cultural introduction of the location. Additional content such as behind-the-scenes, photo galleries, and insights will be available on sandrobani.it

A Call for Collaboration
Music and Culture by Sandro Bani is an open-format project seeking sponsorships, municipal support, and collaborations with cultural organizations. The goal is to transform each DJ set into an emotional experience that promotes the territory through electronic music.

The project is developed in collaboration with Phantom Studio, an industry leader in video production and content for the music and events world.

#aboutmonzapark Monza Park is the largest walled park in Europe, covering 688 hectares. It was created in 1805 by Eugène de Beauharnais, Viceroy of Italy and Napoleon’s stepson, as a hunting and farming estate linked to the Royal Villa of Monza. Designed by architect Luigi Canonica, the park combined meadows, woods, orchards, and canals. Later opened to the public under Austrian rule, it became a prized botanical and cultural site. In the 20th century, the park hosted major additions like the Monza racetrack (1922) and a golf course. Today, it blends natural beauty and historical architecture, open daily to all visitors.
